Once the course has started or access to study materials, online classes, recorded lectures, mock tests, or digital resources has been provided, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
Incorrect amount charged by the payment gateway.
Payment deducted but course enrollment not completed due to technical issues.
Course cancelled by GoBank 247.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after enrollment.
Failure to attend classes.
Lack of preparation or personal reasons.
Dissatisfaction after accessing course content.
Failure to clear banking examinations.
Placement not secured after completing the course.

4. Refund Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted by email with:

Payment Transaction ID
Date of Payment
Reason for Refund Request

Our support team will review the request and respond within 5–7 working days.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the policies of the payment gateway or the customer's bank.

6. Payment Failure

If your payment is deducted but enrollment is not confirmed:

Please do not make another payment immediately.
Contact our support team with your payment details.
We will verify the transaction and either confirm your enrollment or process a refund if applicable.

7. Course Transfer

Requests to transfer enrollment to another batch or course will be considered at the sole discretion of GoBank 247 and may be subject to applicable terms and seat availability.
